French designer, publisher and manufacturer of smart audio detection solutions for the security of people and assets.
Sensivic is a technological pioneer specialised in the detection of suspicious sound events, in a constantly evolving soundscape: artificial intelligence, machine learning, edge computing. Our innovative software/firmware embedded solutions are available as plug & play sensors for integration into electronic security and video surveillance systems. Thus, we are starting to transfer our technology to everyday devices. Our latest innovation is a mobile application that uses smartphones to protect a supportive community from verbal violence. We are looking for industrial partners to add value to their systems, products and services.
Our smart sound detection systems add a sense to your indoor and outdoor security. They greatly increase the effectiveness of protection systems for communities, businesses and institutions.
The SENSIVIC concept
The main concept was created by Jean DEMARTINI after a long career as a researcher and university professor. As an expert in signal processing, automation, electronics, artificial intelligence and networks, years of research led him to create the Sensivic technology. Key concepts have been added to make our detection mechanism smart and lawful:

The "Soundscape" concept, as Murray Schafer named it in his work, has allowed us to develop a reliable, reproducible and universal. The soundscape theory can be used everywhere at anytime.

Throughout our solution's production chain, we favour short circuits and local partners. At Sensivic, Made in France is more than justified. On the other hand, we seek to use as little "materials" as possible to limit our product's carbon footprint. Moreover, our products are designed whithin low energy consumption.

Labels and awards
A Technical Assessment (June 2021), issued by an independent referenced laboratory, states that our range of audio detectors respects regulations and is in full GDPR compliance.
No voice and conversations tracking, no accessible personal data
Sensivic joined the French Tech Loire Valley in 2019 to benefit from its regional support.
The Sensivic solution (Sept. 2019) is labeled by the Strategic Committee of the Security Industries Sector,
among the trusted selected solutions for major event's security such as Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Sensivic was awarded the gold medal at the Security Trophies. In September 2016 at Paris's Theatre, the entire industry came together to discover the sector's main innovations.
