Channel Sales Manager
SENSIVIC develops smart software solutions for detecting sound events and adds a sense to security. SENSIVIC solutions marketed in subscription mode, multiply the effectiveness of protection systems for all customers wishing to reinforce security (detection of incivility, detection of gunshots, glass breakage, break-ins, pani screams, explosions, road accidents, etc...)
After a major fundraising at the start of 2022, we are launching the recruitment of sales teams to get this FRENCH TECH nugget off the ground!
Job description:
Within the commercial department and under the responsibility of the commercial manager:
-
You will be responsible for managing and developing the regional sales of integrator and reseller partners ;

Partners privileged interlocutor, you will ensure the animation and the daily follow-up, the training and the motivation by guaranteeing them a high level of assistance;
-
You will deploy and implement the strategy and commercial agreements in order to strengthen the positioning of the brand with our partners and end customers;
-
You will maintain a close relationship and follow up on their requests, independently or in pairs with your mentor depending on the subject;
-
You will assist and participate in the development of new tools or levers to develop the relationship with our partners;

Your ideas will always be welcome 👍

In a relationship of trust, you will carefully monitor the performance of partners, carry out regular "business reviews" (KPI, QBR, sales, level of satisfaction, etc.) and put in place all the necessary actions to guarantee common objectives;

You will participate each week in the preparation of reports for your manager;

You will recruit new partners and participate in their onboarding;
-
Always on the lookout for your market, you will identify and map competing installers, integrators and distribution channels;
-
You will guarantee the successful achievement of your objectives (ambitious but realistic) 😋;
And finally, you will work in close collaboration with your regional collaborators and Marketing department.
Your profile :

You already have a first experience of developing networks of partners in security, IT or end customers on a vertical type of retail, banking, construction, health, etc...
-
You have a good understanding of technology and digital;
-
You have a commercial type training / business school;
-
You are very organized and you show autonomy in the search for information;
-
You are ambitious, pro-active and have excellent communication skills;
-
You are proactive and you like to share your ideas;
-
You have an incomparable sense of relationship;
-
You master the office pack and the use of a CRM.
